Payments in the online store are processed using the https://opay.lt/ platform, which is managed by OPAY Solutions (M. K. Paco g. 4, IX entrance, LT-10309 Vilnius), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to UAB OPAY Solutions.

WHAT ARE WE DOING TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

Personal data is protected from loss, unauthorized access and alteration or other unlawful use. We have implemented physical and technical measures to protect all information we collect for the purposes of providing our services.

We will store and process your personal data that you provide when placing an order for the purchase of goods for 3 years after the date of your last use of our services or content. After this period, the data will be deleted in a way that makes it impossible to reproduce it.

Your personal data processed for direct marketing purposes will be stored and processed for 2 years after you have provided your consent to process your personal data for marketing purposes.

The data subject whose data is processed by the Data Controller has the following rights:

· To request the correction or, taking into account the purposes of personal data processing, the completion of incomplete personal data of the person (right to rectification);

· Destroy your data – request the deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten);

· Has the right to request that the Data Controller restrict, with the exception of storage, the processing of personal data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to restriction);

· Has the right to data portability (right to data portability);

· To object to the processing of personal data where such data is processed or intended to be processed for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller or a third party or for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent it is related to such direct marketing.

Upon receipt of such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, no later than one month from the date of the request, provide a response and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. If necessary, the specified period may be extended for another two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such extension within one month from the date of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.

The data controller may not create conditions for data subjects to exercise the above-mentioned rights, except for disagreement with the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, when, in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
