Author of the recipe and photos: Ieva Šidlaitė

You will need:
2 cups unsweetened cornflakes
2 cups crushed Zelbukis oats
1 cup Zelbukis spelt bran
1/2 cup sunflower kernels
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
1/2 cup liquid honey
pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of grated nutmeg

Mix all the flakes, seeds, bran and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix the honey with oil, pour over the flakes and mix very well. It is best to mix with 2 spoons or your hands so that all the flakes are covered with the honey and oil mixture. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, fan-forced baking is best. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and add half of the granola, spreading it out in a thin layer. Bake until it starts to turn yellow, then stir to brown evenly. If you see that it is browning too quickly, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes. Leave the baked granola to cool in the tin, only then will the granola become crispy. You can add various dried fruits to the baked granola - raisins, prunes, apple, pear pieces. Store in a tightly sealed jar or box.
